Bionpharma Return Goods Policy

Bionpharma Inc. (Bionpharma) Return Goods Policy is set forth below. To the extent any other return goods policies, including but not limited to policies from distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, retailers, clinics or hospitals, contains terms or conditions which conflict with those in this Returns Good Policy, this Returns Goods Policy shall govern. Return Authorization is required and valid no more than 60 days for return of Bionpharma product included within the Return Authorization issued.

Returnable Items
  • Short-dated & Expired Product – in the original manufacturer’s container/packaging and bearing the original manufacturer’s label. Product must be within 6 months & up to 12 months beyond the expiration date printed on each product.
  • Damaged Products – may be returned for full credit when reported in writing to Bionpharma within 72 hours of receipt. Please have the Transportation Company note “damaged” on freight bill.
  • Mis-Shipped Products – customers are required to verify quantities of units received against original shipping documents by performing a physical count. Any discrepancies must be reported to Bionpharma within ten (10) business days of receipt, at which time Bionpharma may initiate an investigation.
  • Recalled or Withdrawn Product.
  • All products must be returned to Bionpharma in order to be considered for credit.
Nonreturnable Items (no credit will be issued)
  • In-date product (product with more than 6 months expiration dating remaining).
  • Products dated more than 12 months beyond the expiration date noted on the package/container. (Product may be returned for destruction.)
  • Products returned with illegible or missing lot number and/or expiration date.

  • Packages/containers with labels added to or removed from original manufacturer’s package/containers.
  • Repackaged product.
  • Product that has been in a clearance, bankruptcy, or similar sale.
  • Product sold on “non-returnable” terms.
  • Product purchased or otherwise obtained in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
  • Product destroyed or damaged from causes such as fire, water, tornado, or other catastrophe and product that has otherwise deteriorated due to conditions occurring after shipment and beyond the control of Bionpharma such as improper storage or handling, heat, cold, smoke, and so forth.
  • No partials will be accepted for credit; with the exception of the States that regulate returned goods. Partial goods include broken safety seals either inside or outside of each package/container.

  • Products destroyed off-site or otherwise that have not been returned to Bionpharma.
  • Batched returns without corresponding customer details for reimbursement calculation.
  • Returns received beyond sixty (60) days from date of Return Authorization.
Physical Return Procedures for Damages–Mis-Shipped Products (including CII – CV)
  • RA’s for these product returns can be obtained by contacting Bionpharma Customer Service in writing to: Returns@Bionpharma.com
  • All controlled substances (CII-CV) must be packaged separately from non-controlled products and will receive a separate RA and Return Label.
  • Controlled Substance (CII) returns require DEA Form 222 to be submitted along with the Return Authorization (RA) as part of the return authorization process. Controlled Substances must be returned in accordance with Federal and State regulations regarding the movement of CII substances.
  • DEA Form 222 may be obtained by:
  • Return of Bionpharma products must include a packing list containing the following information:
    • Name, address and DEA number of facility returning product
    • Wholesaler name, address and DEA number
    • Contact Name, Email and Phone number
    • Product Description & NDC, Qty returned, Lot number & Expiration date
    • Wholesaler Reference / PO number
    • Reason for return
    • Mis-Shipped Product – Storage conditions while in customer possession
Procedure for Returning Short Dated or Expired Product (including CII-CV)
  • RA’s for these product returns can be obtained by contacting Qualanex Customer Service:
  • All controlled substances (CII-CV) must be packaged separately from non-controlled products and will receive a separate RA and Return Label.
    • Controlled Substance (CII) returns require DEA Form 222 to be submitted along with the Return Authorization (RA) as part of the return authorization process. Controlled Substances must be returned in accordance with Federal and State regulations regarding the movement of CII substances.
  • Return of Bionpharma Short Dated or Expired products must include the following information:
    • Name, address and DEA number of facility returning product
    • Wholesaler name, address and DEA number
    • Contact Name, Email and Phone number
    • Product Description & NDC, Qty returned, Lot number & Expiration date
    • Estimated return value
    • Wholesaler Debit Memo / Reference number
    • Reason for return
